1. General

The services are provided digitally and include, among other things, premium features for advanced text analysis. All sales are conducted in accordance with Swedish law, including the Distance Selling Act and the Consumer Sales Act.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK). Payment is processed via Stripe and can be made with a payment card or other payment methods provided by Stripe. We never store complete payment details. All subscriptions are monthly and can be canceled at any time; you retain your credits for the rest of the month you have paid for. The subscription is automatically renewed.

3. Delivery

Access to the service is granted immediately after payment is completed, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If you upgrade or change your subscription, remaining credits from the previous subscription are not added to the new credits. If system errors or technical problems occur, we will try to resolve them as soon as possible.

4. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance Selling Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you entered into the agreement. If the service is delivered immediately after the purchase and you expressly agree that the service begins before the withdrawal period has expired, you waive the right of withdrawal for the initiated period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us at help@instantgrade.se with clear information about your decision to cancel the purchase.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

All subscriptions are monthly and are automatically renewed unless canceled before the current period expires. You can cancel your subscription at any time via "Manage Subscription" on your account page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We generally do not offer refunds for partially used periods. This does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

6. Age Requirement

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have the explicit consent of a legal guardian.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses that may arise in connection with the use of the service. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service and interruptions may occur.

8. Changes to the Terms of Purchase

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Purchase at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect from the date of publication.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

The Terms of Purchase are governed by Swedish law and disputes will be settled by a Swedish court.
